Shipping
- Samples: ship in 1–2 business days via USPS/UPS. Flat rate shown at checkout.
- Cut goods: ship via LTL freight. Delivery appointments and curbside drop may apply.
- Lead times: stated on each product page; estimates only.
Returns
- Samples: final sale (non-returnable).
- Cut goods: made to order and may be returnable with a 25% restocking fee within 14 days; items must be unused, in original packaging. Customer pays return freight. Contact support for an RMA before shipping.
- Damaged or defective: report within 7 days of delivery with photos; we’ll repair, replace, or refund as required.
Order changes & cancellations
We start cutting quickly; cancellations may not be possible once production begins. Contact orders@coracasa.com ASAP.
