Shipping

  • Samples: ship in 1–2 business days via USPS/UPS. Flat rate shown at checkout.
  • Cut goods: ship via LTL freight. Delivery appointments and curbside drop may apply.
  • Lead times: stated on each product page; estimates only.

Returns

Every rug is custom cut and finished to order, so all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or color preference. If you’re unsure about a color, we recommend ordering a sample first.

Damaged or defective items. The one exception: if your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect (rare), we’ll make it right. To start a claim, email support@coracasa.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the damage or defect
  • Photos clearly showing the issue

Once we review your claim, we’ll repair, replace, or refund the affected item as appropriate.

Samples are final sale and non-returnable.

Order changes & cancellations

We start cutting quickly; cancellations may not be possible once production begins. Contact orders@coracasa.com ASAP.
